The Ergobaby Organic collection supports an ergonomically correct and comfortable wearing method and has the comfort of all baby carriers from Ergobaby. In addition, their fabrics are made from 100% organic cotton from controlled organic cultivation (GOTS certified).

With the Ergobaby baby carrier from the organic collection, babies can be worn in three different positions: on the stomach, on the back and on the hips. It is suitable for babies and children from 5.5 to 20 kg. Thanks to the ergonomic design of the baby carrier, the child always sits in the correct squat spread. In combination with the separately available Ergobaby newborn insert, parents can carry their baby (3.2 to 5.5 kg) even from birth with the Ergobaby baby baby carrier.

The design of the Ergobaby carrier supports the natural posture of babies and promotes the healthy development of the spine and hips. The baby carriers are tested and recommended by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute (IHDI) and the Federal Association of German Back Schools and have been awarded the seal of approval of the Aktion Gesunder Rücken e.V. excellent.

A flexible and fixable hood with UV sun protection 50+ supports your child's head and also serves as a privacy screen while sleeping and breastfeeding.
The padded waist belt also distributes the weight of the baby on the hips and shoulders of the adult, making it easier to carry thanks to the weight relief gained. The length of the shoulder straps is 71 to 115 cm, the length of the waist belt is 66 to 140 cm.

The Ergobaby organic collection made from durable organic cotton is machine washable at 30°C.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
