Description

The decaffeinated coffee impresses with its full, unadulterated premium coffee aroma - without having to worry about the caffeine. In small fincas in the highlands of Honduras, farmers like Don George grow very special coffees. The climate is unique here and therefore it is no wonder that the place is called "El Paraiso". Each bean is hand-selected and our farmers receive a fair wage that is above the market price and allows a better life. All coffees are also purely organically grown and free from chemical additives. It took many years to find an organically grown espresso at Coffee-Nation that convinced us to the last aroma tip. The coffees and espressos must comply with the premium quality class of Coffee-Nation, because this philosophy has made our brand the brand of connoisseurs. With Coffee-Nation BIO & FAIR we have made our wish a reality: on the one hand, we source the beans exclusively from a plantation we know as if it were in our pocket. We know many farmers, pickers and conditioners by name and know through the organic certification that the coffee is exceptionally good. On the other hand, we pay a fairly negotiated price for the coffee beans. This coffee is sourced directly and not from green coffee retailers - the money saved makes the top quality possible at this price! In contrast to standard goods, the efficiency concept does not prejudice the quality of enjoyment. We usually read the beans by hand and roast them in the elaborate drum roasting process at the lowest heat. This takes up to four times longer than 'shock heat', but guarantees breathtaking aroma quality with the best taste. For aroma reasons, we only supply this series as whole beans, so that you can see the excellent texture.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
