    Richardson Sheffield Midori
    Finished craftsmanship from 67 layers of Japanese VG-10 Damascus steel, these knives represent the peak of perfection. With great care, the individual layers are folded and forged.
    This results in knives of exceptional quality and beauty.
    Since the Middle Ages, Damascus steel has been used due to the high flexibility and high edge retention of swordsmiths.
    All knives in this series are made from VG-10 steel. VG-10 is highly corrosion-resistant, extremely hard and keeps the blades sharp permanently.
    With 60 HRC (Rockwell), Midori has the highest hardness of all Richardson Sheffield knives. The conical grinding of the blades and its manual finishing creates an incomparable sharpness.
    The fascinating handles are made from Micarta, a state-of-the-art material and adapt perfectly to your hand. The traditional handle design, originally used in Japanese knives, makes the wood particularly popular.
