The light, handy and modern lightweight Russka Vital rollator has not been awarded without reason by the Stiftung Warentest with the award. The walker impresses with a sturdy aluminium frame and a very light weight. The walker is also very easy to fold so that it can fit in any hallway, boot or other places. The walker is available in seat heights 54 and 62 cm. Thanks to the ergonomic handles, you can also cover longer distances with the Vital Rollator. These adapt perfectly and provide safety with the loop brake to be used. The brake can be used as a solid brake and operating brake. The numbering on the handles makes it easy to find the right height adjustment. The rollator comes with all the important things. An easy to assemble bag for shopping, a seat net for small recreational breaks on the go, as well as reflectors on the handles and walker sides. There is also something for every taste with the colours. The Vital rollator is currently available in grey and mocha. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
