Description

How do you boil eggs?
1: Fill the measuring cup to the filling line for the cooking style and the amount of eggs specified in the cooking guide. Pour this water on the heating plate.
2: Place the cooking rack on the heating plate.
3:To avoid breaking eggs, punch the larger end of each egg into the measuring container with the egg punch at the bottom. The perforated egg must face upwards.
4: Place the eggs in the gaps on the cooking shelf. Place the lid on the egg kettle.
5: Connect the power cord to an outlet and press the power button on the body. The indicator light should be switched on.
6: Look at the boiling aid and set the right amount for the desired amount and style of the eggs.
7: The energy will turn off once all the water on the heating plate has dried. Remove the power cord from the socket to turn off the power supply once the cooking process is complete.
8: Remove the cover carefully and carefully as there is a hot steam. Then remove the eggs from the cooking bowl.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
