Summary

✔ The teapot with warmer in the set – pot is made of fireproof borosilicate glass and is suitable for warming on an electric or gas stove. With the tea cosy, the tea stays warm for longer periods of time. ✔ Full aroma even with smaller quantities of tea thanks to the long, removable sieve insert. Fill tea in strainer, add water, let tea, remove the strainer and enjoy the tea. Brewing time and water temperature will vary depending on the type of tea. ✔ No tea leaves in the tea thanks to the fine-pored sieve insert. The fine mesh stainless steel strainer prevents tea from escaping. So there is no residue in the cup or in the pot. ✔ Also suitable for tea bags, lemon slices, ginger or rose petals, the strainer can be removed from the lid. In order to have no residue in the cup, there is an additional removable filter on the spout. ✔ Easy to clean: the individual components of the glass teapot can be easily removed and are also dishwasher safe, making even hand cleaning a breeze.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
