ONE COLOR by KERALOCK ist die erste permanente Haarfarbe, die sofort startklar ist. Durch Aktivierung der Flasche kommen Farbe und Entwickler im perfekten Verhältnis aus der Flasche. Damit gehören lästiges Anmischen und Schütteln der Vergangenheit an. Und das Beste: Das Produkt kann nach der ersten Färbung bis zu 4 Monate wiederverwendet werden - Perfekt zum Ansatz nachfärben!

Anwendung
1. Flasche vor der ersten Benutzung durch Klicken aktivieren
2. Farbcreme direkt auf das trockene Haar auftragen
3. 30 min einwirken lassen, anschließend Haare ausspülen und pflegen
4. Haare trocknen, stylen und sich über das glänzende Farbergebnis freuen

Aufbewahrung und Verwendung
Die Flasche bitte unbedingt auf dem Deckel stehend aufbewahren und nach Aktivierung nicht länger als 4 Monate lagern.

Use: 1. Click on the bottle before first use 2. Apply colour cream directly to dry hair. 3. Leave to work for 30 minutes, then rinse and care for hair. 4. Dry hair, style and enjoy the shiny colour result.

Storage and use: Please keep the bottle standing on the lid and store it for no longer than 4 months after activation.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
