Description

The Balea facial cold wax strips with almond oil remove body hair particularly easily and effectively - with a long-lasting result of up to 4 weeks. With gentle care wipes for aftertreatment. A formulation without microplastics and water-soluble, purely synthetic polymers.

Product Safety

Not for depilation of the head, eyebrows, armpits, chest and genital/anal area. Not suitable for depilation of beard hair in men. Consult a doctor if you are taking medications or using agents that affect the skin or if you have a skin disease. The same applies in pregnancy. Do not use for diabetes, circulatory problems, directly after showering/bathing, on injured skin, varicose veins, moles, sunburn, scars, warts, pimples and irritated skin. Not suitable for use on children and adolescents, unless the pediatrician and adolescent doctor gives his recommendation for this. After depilation, no perfume-containing cosmetics should be used for 24 hours, no sun baths should be taken and swimming pool visits should be avoided. In case of possible skin irritation, cold compresses will help. If these have not subsided after 24 hours, consult a specialist.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
