Description

The ideal solution for those who have chosen a hauck iPro car seat. On the iPro Base, both the iPro Baby cot and the iPro Kids car seat can be easily mounted. The ISOFIX base has ISOFIX connections and colour indicators that make installation in the PWK much easier.

The iPro Base can be used in vehicles that have an ISOFIX connection or equipped with i-Size vehicle seats. For this purpose, the individually adjustable Isofix connectors are locked into the Isofix hooks of the car. If the safety indicator turns to green, the base is correctly attached. The base is height adjustable and unlocked via a one-handed mechanism. After installation on the vehicle floor, it automatically snaps into place. Again, the green indicator shows the correct position.

The same applies to the installation of the child seats on the iPro Base. Both the iPro Baby and iPro Kids are simply placed in the middle of the base via the easy-slide function. Special guide strips ensure that the car seats always slide correctly into the base and lock there. Colour indicators indicate correct installation or locking state. To unlock the baby seat from the base, press the button placed in the middle on the front of the base.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.
