The green-beige Nuk Silicon Schnuller for Nature in size 1 were made from 100 % more sustainable materials and produced resource-saving with green electricity. The soft vacuum cleaner consists of sustainable silicone, all other parts made of sustainable plastic*. Since the shape of the vacuum cleaner was also inspired by nature, it enables a natural feeling of suction and is particularly quiet. With its soft soft zone, the baby pacifier nestles optimally on the palate and leaves the tongue sufficient freedom for the natural suction movements. *These are sustainable materials that can be traced back to natural raw materials through the ISCC Plus (plastic) and Redcert² (silicone) certified mass balance sheet process.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
