The new design collection in cooperation with s.Oliver.
Like Alvi s.Oliver stands for the highest quality standards, loving material selection, careful workmanship and safe sense of trend. Together three beautiful designs were created: "Raccoon" - the pleasant appliqué motif with striped design in two colours. Chevron: the vibrant pattern mix of trendy zigzag print with contrasting polka dots in three fresh shades. And "stars grey neon" - the reinterpretation of the classic with strong colour accents and high-quality moon application.

What is special about an Alvi Baby-Mäxchen?
It was designed and made by experts. The original Alvi Baby-Mäxchen sets the best prerequisite for safe and healthy baby sleep. It has been developed in years of collaboration with midwives, doctors and nursing staff and tested in clinics.

The Baby-Mäxchen consists of three parts:
A lightly padded outer bag in a double size with the growth and two inner bags with long sleeves and cuddly knitted cuffs, which can also be used individually on hot summer nights. This sleeping bag creates the optimal sleeping environment for your pet.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
