The Tencel Lyocell iTurn DuoFix cover is a breathable cover made of environmentally friendly material for the iTurn duoFix car seat. Ideal for both summer and winter for added comfort. The very good breathability of the Tencel Lyocell material from sustainable manufacturing makes this case very delicate and keeps your baby's skin cool and dry. Tencel Lyocell is a biodegradable fibre derived from cellulose. It is an industrially manufactured fibre that is made from natural raw materials from sustainable plantations and through environmentally friendly processing. Tencel Lyocell fibres have a very smooth surface with a silky and soft feel, at the same time breathable like linen and more absorbent than cotton. Thanks to these properties combined with the sustainability of producers, Tencel Lyocell is becoming increasingly successful in the world of sustainable fashion and is ideal for the production of car seat and pram mats, as it absorbs moisture, regulates temperature and naturally prevents the growth of bacteria. Made with Tencel Lyocell textiles are temperature regulating, meaning they keep you cool in hot weather while keeping you warm in the cold time. This allows the body to maintain a constant temperature. The Tencel Lyocell fibres quickly dissipate body moisture to the external environment. Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
