Especially sensitive skin tends to a weakened skin protective barrier as well as to irritation and redness. Therefore, the cleansing lotion with the innovative ingredient SymSitive provides a regulating effect at the source of irritation and immediately soothes the skin. For a particularly gentle formula, the facial cleansing contains no surfactants - however, make-up is also completely removed.If a burning or itching sensation is felt after cleansing, the Eucerin UltraSensitive Soothing Care for dry skin or Eucerin UltraSensitive Soothing Care for normal and combination skin can be applied for moisturizing care.Due to the limited number of ingredients and the absence of fragrances and alcohol, facial care has a low irritation potential and is therefore very well tolerated. To avoid irritation from impurities in the lotion, the product is protected in a package with a two-valve system.Dosage and instructions for use:Apply twice a day to thoroughly cleanse the skin. After cleansing, apply Eucerin UltraSensitive Soothing Care for dry skin or Eucerin UltraSensitive Soothing Care for normal and combination skin.Composition: Aqua, Caprylic/Capric Triglycerides, Isopropyl Palmitate, Glycerol, Pentylene Glycol, methylpropanediol, cetyl alcohol, 4-t-butylcyclohexanol trans-isomer, Arginine HCL, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylates Crosspolymer, Sodium Carbomer, Caprylyl Glycol.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
