Summary

Put the pacifier in boiling water for 5 minutes before first use. Make sure that there is enough liquid in the pot to avoid damage. Then let it cool down and remove any residual water from the suction part by gently pressing it. This is to ensure hygiene. Clean the teat by rinsing or boiling it before each use. Do not clean in the dishwasher – material damage is possible. Do not expose to direct sunlight or heat, the suction part could be damaged. Please do not immerse the teat in sweet or medicinal substances, both can lead to tooth decay. Please do not store vacuum cleaners in a disinfectant solution for longer than recommended by the respective manufacturer – material damage is possible. Depending on the intensity of use, do not use the pacifier for more than 4 – 8 weeks for hygienic and safety reasons. If your child puts the pacifier completely in his mouth – don't worry – it can't be swallowed. Through the ventilation holes, your child can continue to breathe. Remove the pacifier as carefully as possible.

The pacifier is made of over 97% natural raw materials*. Due to the symmetrical shape of the suction part, the pacifier can never be used the wrong way around. Due to the slim, permeable shape of the pacifier disc, a lot of air gets to the sensitive baby skin, which can prevent rashes and skin irritation and ensures a particularly pleasant wearing comfort. Like all nip pacifiers with a silicone suction part, the nip My Butterfly Green is made of high-quality, particularly soft silicone and thus ensures a relaxed sucking experience. The pacifier comes in a practical and sustainable transport box for traveling. With its two hygiene chambers, it allows the separate storage of two pacifiers and at the same time it is suitable as a box for microwave sterilization. So the pacifier is ready for use again within a few minutes. The My Butterfly Green Pacifier ensures spring awakening with fresh colors and cute animal motifs. For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
