Description

High-quality porcelain mug from the modern Black Flower collection by Van Well. Grey-black combined flowers and leaves on a marbled base adorn the unique cup shape in an abstract look. Set trendy accents at the buffet or at the table.

The 10 cm high coffee mug is ideal for eating aromatic hot drinks in large format. Up to 350 ml of tea, coffee or cocoa can be served in the trendy coffee pot.

The interior is round, while the outer walls look square thanks to the incorporated edges in the porcelain. At the top, the XL mug has a square outer size of 8.5 x 8.5 cm. Downwards, the light grey cup tapers to a round base size of approx. Diameter: 5 cm. The optimal filling height measures 8.5 cm (max. 9.5 cm), which makes the recommended drinking quantity of 300 ml (max. 350 ml). The elegant handle nestles elegantly to the filling body and has an optimal bridge width of 1.4 cm. Thanks to the wide handle opening (W x H): 2 x 5 cm, the jumbo mug sits comfortably in the hand.

The material is glossy lacquered and quickly polished to a high gloss after the rinsing process. In addition, the light grey porcelain is thick-walled (material thickness: 0.4 - 0.7 cm), robust and stable. Other advantages: easy to clean, food safe, microwave and dishwasher safe. Total Weight:300g

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
