Our rises body butter is highly recommended for the care of dry skin thanks to its selected formula. Our valuable organic olive oil nourishes your skin tender and supple while argan oil is supposed to have a smooth effect on the complexion and relieve itching. The included shea butter gives you the extra dose of moisture and pampers your skin richly with vitamins and minerals.

The olive oil contained is made with care on the Greek island of Crete, where all our olives grow naturally until they have reached their optimal maturity to produce not only olive oil, but also extracts for our holistic natural cosmetics.

About Rizes:

We at Rises have made our dream come true and produce high quality natural cosmetic products based on organic olive oil from Crete. In our factory we do not use artificial parabens, silicones or mineral oils - we rely on natural raw materials from plants, herbs and natural essential oils. Our goal is sustainable production from regional uncontaminated raw materials. All products are dermatologically tested and are of course developed without animal testing.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.

Honest Forwarder uses Telr payment gateway with the track record and presence in UAE to offer you a safe and secure way of paying using either your Mastercard or Visa.

Your card payment is processed in UAE Dirhams. Thus, no transaction fee for foreign exchange. No markup on the exchange rate by your bank or card company.
