Description

Form & Fold: O stands for the shape of the circle and is also the abbreviation for the Japanese paper folding art Origami that inspired the design of the KAHLA porcelain series O – The Better Place. All plates and plates are provided with a crease: a piece of bent upwards, which gives the user countless possibilities to create delicious dishes. Fascinating light and shadow patterns unfold through the kink and allow many original table arrangements, depending on the placement of the porcelain relative to the light source.

Grippy relief lines: O kink surfaces intuitively highlight the place where the porcelain can be put in your hand, and just as a pleasant surprise is revealed: fine line reliefs cover the undersides of the plates and plates and the interior areas of the cup handles: a tactile experience that also increases the grip of the tableware when serving.

Puristic, maritime or earthy: O plates and plates are available not only in puristic white, but also with an area in the soft blue maritime colour variant "Aqua Dive" and earthy beige tone "Aqua Dive". Both decors are produced by immersing the raw shards into a pigmented porcelain mass (engobe technique). This results in natural colour gradients with a handcrafted appearance, which are different for each KAHLA item and make it unique.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
