Description

The Joovy Scooterx2 has an elegant graphite grey frame and larger wheels. The large 18 cm front wheels and 24 cm rear wheels make it easier to manoeuvre when pushing two children. Its lightweight and slim design allows the pushchair to fit through standard doors while providing plenty of space for your children. (The pram is 76 cm wide). The wheels have sealed bearings, making it easier to push two children at the same time, and the double front wheels make the pushchair extremely stable. This is especially important when your children climb into the pushchair independently. We have installed a removable bumper. The basket and hood are larger than other pushchairs on the market. Each seat is fully adjustable independently, and each has its own mesh pocket in the seat and an adjustable 5-point harness. You will love the reclining system that can be adjusted to an infinite number of positions with one hand - down to an almost flat sleeping position. We also have two cup holders for parents and two zip pockets for mobile phones, wallets, snacks, and so on. The folding takes only a few seconds with the one-hand folding function. Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
