Summary

Better taste: the 58 mm puck screen helps to improve water distribution while eliminating channel formation and reduces the likelihood of splashes. The multi-layer sintered design of the puck sieve allows optimal extraction of the coffee powder to achieve a rich and intense taste.
Easy to clean: the puck sieve prevents coffee powder from entering the brewing head and affecting the taste of the espresso. This keeps the brewing head clean and the coffee always tastes fresh and delicious. The puck sieve can be easily cleaned under the tap to remove all residue inside.
Note: Please measure the diameter of the inner ring of your porta filter before purchasing. Puck screen 58.5 mm is not compatible with some coffee machines that have a raised screw in the middle of the shower under the filter holder. Our package contains 2 filter holders with a diameter of 58.5 mm.
High-quality material: compared to other similar products, our espresso sieve 58 mm is made of food-safe 316L stainless steel, density 150 μm, available in two thicknesses: 1.7 mm and 1.0 mm, flat enough. In addition, filter holder accessories are safe, non-toxic, environmentally friendly and durable and reused.
Two thicknesses available: for medium light/medium dark roasted coffee beans, it is recommended to choose a thickness of 1.7 mm and reduce the amount of coffee powder by 1-2 grams; for dark-roasted coffee beans, the normal amount of powder is sufficient, and it is recommended to choose a thickness of 1 mm espresso accessories.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
