    Coffee of specialty: The coffee has special taste features and was rated by various Q-Graders according to SCA Cupping protocol with a SCA score of 83.5.
    Long-term drum roaring: With a lot of hand skills, the beans are particularly gently roasted by our roasters for up to 20 minutes.
    Single-original coffee: The beans of the coffee come from the Farm Anasora Estate, which is located in the Guji region in Ethiopia and are prepared there in the natural process.

    Aroma profile: The coffee forms particularly fruity nuances that taste like forest berry and dried plums and is supplemented by aromatic teen notes.

    Description

    Our Melitta Manufaktur was created out of real joy in coffee. Here we roast special specialty coffee, each with their own story. This coffee comes from Guji Anasora Estate, a 167 hectare farm in Wocho Sololo in the Guji region. The Farmer Tadesse Edema is already building coffee in the third generation. At altitudes of 1,900 - 2,000 m, the microclimate ensures slowly ripening the coffee cherries, which have so much time to develop their aroma profile. After the coffee is picked by hand in the optimal pure stage, it is "natural" prepared, which means that the coffee cherries are spread out on African drying beds and dried in the African sun for three weeks. The cherries are regularly turned by hand so that they dry evenly. This creates high quality and this coffee has inspired us with its notes of forest berries, black tea and sweet dried plums. >
