Toleriane Ultra Eyes is a moisturising eye care with skin-soothing thermal water from La Roche-Posay, which actively reduces the sensitivity of hypersensitive or allergic skin of the eye area and counteracts problems such as burning and itching. The exclusive combination of Neurosensine, niacinamide and skin-soothing thermal water from La Roche-Posay soothes the sensitive skin of the eye area intensively, immediately and long-lasting.
The hermetic packaging: protects the formula optimally against impurities. Allows the reduction of the formula to a minimum of ingredients. High skin compatibility: tested on sensitive eyes. Suitable for contact lens wearers. Non-comedogenic. Without fragrances and preservatives, parabens, alcohol, dyes and lanolin. Results day after day, the eye area is intensively soothed and its sensitivity is reduced to give it long-lasting well-being.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
