Description

NESTE UP is a multifunctional 2-in-1 extra bed - it serves as an extra bed and separate baby bed. Suitable for babies from birth up to 75 cm or 9 kg (whichever comes first). The extra bed function makes night feeding easier. If necessary, it can be used as a travel bed.
This is a practical cot – the side can be lowered in a few seconds, thanks to which the NESTE UP switches from a cot to an extra bed. On one side there is a mesh that ensures sufficient air circulation. Parents can also keep an eye on their toddler at any time of day and night.
The cot is safe - the frame is made of durable solid steel. NESTE UP has long legs that also increase the stability of the structure. The folding wall is also secured with a soft material, which keeps the baby safe even when it moves to parents at night. The cot complies with the standards EN 16890: 2017 and EN 1130: 2019 for baby beds and extra beds. In addition, the attachment system to the parents' bed is easy and safe - the attachment is done by 2 long adjustable straps.
The cot is universal - it has 5 levels of mattress height adjustment. The tilt angle can also be adjusted in 2 areas (e.g. if your child has a runny nose and you want to help him breathe at night). In addition, you can adjust the extra bed better to the parent's bed with the adjustable legs.
For NESTE UP you will find the appropriate dimensions (length 89, width 52 cm), a hard mattress recommended by physiotherapists. The set also includes a sheet of 100% cotton. The mattress cover is machine washable (30 degrees, gentle cycle).

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
