Summary
Precise grinding results: the built-in ceramic grinder ensures an even grinding result of your coffee beans. Manual coffee grinders produce only low heat when grinding and protect the aroma of the coffee
6 grinding: you can adjust our coffee grinder to 6 different grinding levels. So you can achieve the perfect aroma. We recommend the following settings: espresso (1-2), for mocha (2-3), filter coffee (3-4), French press (4-5) and for cold brew coffee (5-6)
Easy to use: to fill, simply remove the lid and fill beans to the brim. The lid and handle are then simply placed on the coffee grinder. The mill is made of stainless steel/plastic, the handle is made of aluminum/plastic depending on the variant
Cleaning: the coffee grinder can be easily disassembled. The glass body and lid are dishwasher safe. The ceramic grinder and grinder are hand washable
Additional information: the mill can be filled with 17 g coffee beans for a grinding round. The glass base can hold up to 40 g of ground coffee, which corresponds to ~4 cups of coffee
Description
How to store ground coffee? Use an airtight coffee tin to store the beans. Place the coffee in a light-protected, dry place. For example, in the kitchen cabinet. Never place coffee beans near spices or in the fridge. Why does coffee need to breathe? The coffee uses its so-called adolescence for "outgassing". It almost breathes in the bag without inhaling. The coffee emits CO2 and displaces the oxygen in the bag. This is an advantage, as the oxygen otherwise suppresses the aromas of the coffee. The coffee would bubble out of the machine and would be inedible. How many cups of coffee made from 1 kg of beans? If you use a small cup (125 ml) and use between six and eight grams of coffee powder, you can fill between 125 and 167 coffee cups. This corresponds to 15 and 20 liters of coffee. Keep coffee in the fridge? You should not store whole beans or ground coffee in the fridge. Condensation forms in the fridge and makes the beans moist. Moisture should be avoided during storage as already mentioned above. Furthermore, the taste is mixed with other foods in the fridge and the coffee loses its typical aroma. Can packaged coffee go bad? After the expiration of the best before date, the coffee loses most of its aroma, but is not subject to proper spoilage. To counteract the decay process, coffee is vacuum packed. This keeps the coffee fresh. Other questions? Please let us know if you have any further questions about the coffee canister. We are motivated to educate you as a customer as best possible about our coffee products.
