On Tour combines noble design with a practical, seaworthy extra: the slip-resistant, shock-absorbing and whisper-quiet Magic Grip silicone foot.

Even in wind, weather and waves, Magic Grip gives plates, cups and bowls enough grip and stability: when the boat fluctuates, the harness stays firmly - without the need to hold it or fasten it with unsightly appliances. After use, thanks to the silicone rim on the foot, the crockery pieces can be stack securely and securely on top of each other. Thanks to the shock absorbing effect of Magic Grip, the porcelain remains stable and safe.
The boat porcelain On Tour is based on the internationally award winning design classic Update: this shape not only impresses with its elegant grace, but is easy to handle thanks to its simple design, easy to stack and therefore compact and space-saving in the cabin. Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
