Description

Thanks to the unique silicone suction cup, the use of our electric breast pump is super comfortable. You can choose from four different settings: light, low, medium and high. We recommend starting with the light setting to stimulate the milk flow, and then continue to the setting that feels good for you.

Troubleshooting Steps:

If you find that your breast pump does not generate much suction, first check whether the seal around your chest is safe as if air could penetrate. If everything is ok, follow the following steps to determine where a problem can occur:
- Test the air hose against your hand to check if there is a suction. If this is not the case, take the air hose out of the engine and place your hand in the place where the hose was connected. If sucked, you may need a new air hose.
- There is a white valve that hangs in the bottle (we call this a Duckbill valve). Check if the division is open below. If not, rub it slightly between finger and thumb to open it.
- If this is not the case, check the air hose together with all the plastic parts that make up the breast pump for damage.
- If none of these tips helps, change the settings by pressing each button on the engine. You do not necessarily need to use the number 3 setting to achieve maximum suction power as each one is different.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
