I am the Odenwälder Mucki original footmuff and offer your baby a special place of well-being in cold seasons. With me, your pet can be transported warm and safe from birth up to 12 months in any standard baby seat or pushchair. My many details ensure maximum safety and comfort. I am suitable for all belt systems up to the 5-point harness. For easy threading of the straps, I have a patented extended seat, which can be easily opened and closed with a Velcro fastener. A particularly practical detail are my clip up closures, thanks to them I am the perfect companion even at mild temperatures. The clips hold the open sides on my outside and prevent the side wings from accidentally falling - so when your child gets too warm, I can also be used open. Another of my safety features is the cuddle protection on the zip, so when closing it will prevent the delicate skin of your darling.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
