Description

John Frieda Precision Foam Colour differs from traditional hair dyes for the home. Very easy to use. Follow the instructions to achieve the best result. Before dyeing: do not wear accessories and do not use metal tools when dyeing, the best result is achieved when dyeing the hair at least 20 °C room temperature. If paint gets on the skin or surfaces, absorb immediately with a damp cloth. Do not use the product to dye the hair more than two tones lighter or darker. Wait two weeks after brightening, bleaching, perm or relaxing treatment has been subjected to a brightening, bleaching, perming or relaxing During colouring: use as much foam as possible. The more foam is used and the better it is massaged in, the better the result. For short to chin length hair, use 3/4 of the bottle (see consumption line on the bottle). For chin length to shoulder length hair, use the whole bottle. For extra long or thick hair, a larger amount may be required. Gently massage the product with your fingertips to avoid tangling

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
