The reason why the French coffee machine is one of the most popular coffee machines in the world is simple and simply taste.The materials (glass and stainless steel) are completely tasteless, so nothing comes between your ground coffee beans. This is exactly the reason why coffee tasters use this method to determine the quality of the coffee beans. No paper filter not only means no waste, but that the coffee bean essential oils go directly to your cup and delivers the taste lost on paper filters. Simplicity works best, and is the reason why the Chambord design has not changed a little from the original drawing.

Instructions for use
1. Place the pot on a dry, flat, non-slip grip firmly surface. Hold, then pull the plunger unit straight up from the pot.
2. For every 1.25 dl / 4 oz. Cup, place 1 rounded tablespoon or 1 bottom ball of coarse ground coffee in the pot. Please note: only use coarse ground coffee. Fine sanding can clog the filter and create high pressure. Place coffee machine on a heat resistant, non-slip surface.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
