WELEDA Refreshing 2in1 Cleansing Milk PZN: 5386530 Content: 10ml Refreshing 2in1 cleansing for normal and combination skin Deeply cleanses the pores and tones the skin in just one care step.The milky lotion for normal and combination skin cleanses deep into the pores with natural olive oil soap, tones the skin at the same time and refines the complexion.The fresh, citrus-fresh scent of real essential oils invigorates the skin and senses. The refreshing 2in1 cleansing (formerly: Iris-Reinigungsmilch classic) can be combined with the Weleda facial care series Iris, Wild rose and soon Pomegranate (expected to be available from April 2010). The skin looks clean and fresh and is optimally prepared for the subsequent care. The skin compatibility of the 2in1 cleansing is dermatologically confirmed. Application Apply to a moistened cotton pad in the morning and evening for daily care and use it to gently rub the face, neck and décolleté, avoiding the eye area. Repeat the procedure until the cotton wool remains clean. If necessary, then rinse the skin with clean water. Tip The refreshing 2in1 cleansing is suitable for removing make-up. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
