Description

There are many good reasons why the Silit Steamer Basket is an enrichment and useful addition to any household. By preparing vegetables, potatoes, side dishes or fish not in the water, but above the water, steaming has always been a healthier and better tasting version than normal cooking. When boiling in water, many of the nutrients are simply boiled out of the vegetables and poured away with the boiling water. As a result, the food often tastes boring, loses its bite and has only a small part of its valuable aromas, nutrients and vitamins. Steaming or steaming with a steam insert is much more gentle. Due to the fact that the food is heated only by the water vapour, they remain crisp for longer and retain their good taste as well as a majority of their vitamins. The Silit steam basket is foldable and therefore fits in any pot from at least 16 cm diameter, not only in the Sicomatik pressure cooker. When you are finished steaming, you can simply put the insert in the dishwasher. For cleaned use, it can be placed in any cabinet, as it has just a diameter of 14 cm and a height of 10 cm when folded. When unfolded, the basket can expand to 23.5 cm. This means that it saves space but when it matters almost everything fits into it. The feet keep 2.5 cm distance from the floor, allowing you to add plenty of water to steam into the pot.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
