Description

Ensure that your fully automatic coffee machine is always supplied with clean and well filtered water by using the Sokana Express water filters.
Our products are of the highest quality. We meet quality and safety standards. The Sokana filters are made without the addition of bisphenol A. The TÜV-SÜD certificate certifies the effective reduction of chlorine, heavy metals and other harmful impurities. The NSF 42 and NSF/ANSI 372 certifications ensure that the water can be consumed safely.
Thanks to the coating with activated carbon made from natural coir the filters remove chlorine, stains, odours, volatile organic compounds and trihalomethanes. The microporous mesh and high-density polypropylene non-woven fabric protect the purified water from the ingress of carbon particles.
Your health is important to us - the sodium free and edible resin softens the water and reduces the formation of limescale deposits without releasing Na+ ions.
The human body is almost 80% water. You can take clean and healthy water to improve your metabolism and skin.
The Sokana filters are easy to replace.
It is recommended to replace the filter every 190 litres or every 2 months to make the coffee taste better. The exchange intervals may vary depending on water quality and content of impurities.
The filter can replace the Sage BES008 model. Compatible with Sage BES008 SES 990/980/500/878/875/880/920/810

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
