Description

The pivalla combines a variety of coffee preparation methods (classic espresso, coffee pads and capsules) in just one all-in-one device. This saves space in the kitchen. The device has the so-called "On-demand preparation": only the water you need is heated. This technique accelerates preparation and above all saves energy. The device is equipped with a single circuit, energy-saving thermoblock heater with stainless steel cable. The water is heated very quickly to the required brewing temperature. After a short heating time, the pivalla is ready to use. The low-noise 16 bar Ulka pump ensures optimal brewing pressure and even extraction of the espresso. The pre-brewing function or pre-infusion also contributes to this. The coffee flour is briefly moistened before the actual extraction. The 360° swivel milk foam and hot water nozzle with Pannarello attachment conjures up perfect milk foam. With the special capsule filter holder and four available capsule inserts for Nespresso®*, Tchibo Cafissimo*, Nescafé®* Dolce Gusto®* and Lavazza a Modo Mio* (capsule inserts and filter holders each optionally available), coffee specialities of a wide range of systems can be prepared. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
