Eucerin pH5 wash lotion cleans sensitive and dry skin particularly mild and preserves the protective function of the skin. The Eucerin pH5 wash lotion is a streak-free cleaning product that is particularly suitable for mild cleansing of the face and body, as well as for sensitive and dry skin. This tends to react especially to environmental stimuli with tension, skin redness and irritation. Therefore, E skin needs a particularly mild cleansing that maintains the physiological balance of the skin. The natural pH value and dexpanthenol has been proven to preserve the skin's natural protective function and resilience. The formula provides gentle cleansing with extra mild, soap-free surfactants. The wash lotion is subtly fragranced and also suitable for babies and children. Special features: wash lotion without soap for mild cleansing of sensitive skin as easy to use as a shower gel preserves the skin's natural protective function. Application: spread wash lotion on damp skin and lather, then rinse thoroughly and gently dry. Can be used as often as you like. Suitable for daily cleaning of face and body. Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.
