Summary

The BabyGo Nova SPS Isofix car seat for children can be used over a long period of time. Namely from birth up to 12 years (group 0, 1, 2, 3) It can be installed both in and against the direction of travel and can be rotated 360 degrees. The headrest is adjustable, the backrest can be adjusted to 4 different positions Group 0 (0-13 kg): The child seat is installed with the Isofix anchor and the top tether against the direction of travel. The seat reducer cushion (up to approx. 9 months) provides extra comfort Group 1 (9-18 kg): The Nova is fixed in the direction of travel, with the Isofix anchoring and the 3-point belt. The ISOFIX anchoring can be fully retracted so that it can also be used if your car has no ISOFIX Group 2/3 (15-36 kg): the extra padding, the 5-point safety belt and the belt buckle can be removed. The babyGO Nova car seat, approved for group 0+I II III (up to 36 kg), equipped with the secure ISOFIX system, can be rotated by 360° and is therefore optimally usable in the forward direction (9-36 kg) and backward direction (0-13 kg). The highest safety standards are met by the optimal side impact protection as well as the non-slip 5-point seat belt, equipped with soft belt pads for comfortable comfort. In addition to this height-adjustable seat belt, the padded headrest is also adjustable, so that the seat is always perfectly adapted to the size of your child can be customized. Its 5-fold seat inclination and the highly breathable, washable pongee cover also ensure a comfortable position at all times - regardless of whether your child is awake or asleep. Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
