Baby & small children side – the medium-soft baby side is ideal for the first year of life. Afterwards, the sturdy toddler side provides a perfect sleeping mat for healthy growth. Functional cover – The Fresh & Dry functional cover with TENCEL fibres, impresses with a soft surface, high breathability and moisture absorption, is washable at 60 °C and suitable for allergy sufferers. Oeko-Tex certified – All materials are tested according to Oeko-Tex Standard 100 product class I (products for babies and toddlers up to 3 years) and are completely safe for parents and children. German handmade – Julius Zöllner baby mattresses are exclusively manufactured in our factory in North Bavaria to the highest quality standards. We have been proud of this for over 55 years.

Der bewährte Aufbau nach dem 3-schicht-system erlaubt den Einsatz einer Mittel weichen Baby Seite, einer stabilen Kleinkind Seite une eines unterstützenden Matratzenkerns. Durch die Kombination von Mittel weichen und stabilen matratzenelementen wird eine optimale Unterstützung von baby's Wirbelsäule erreicht. Trittfeste längskanten sorgen zudem für mehr Sicherheit bei den ersten Gehversuchen. Der abnehm- und teilbare Bezug aus atmungsaktivem Tencel Fresh & Dry funktionsgewebe ist bis 60°C waschbar. Der Bezug zeichnet sich neben seiner besonders hohen feuchtigkeitsaufnahmefähigkeit auch durch seine sehr gute atmungsaktivität aus. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
