Buggy S5 by Gesslein safety: thanks to the all-round reflectors (seat unit, hood, play bar, basket and strap), you and your pet are optimally protected even at dusk. Protection: The hood is extendable and equipped with UV protection for extra sun protection. Functionality: the S5 has a sturdy aluminium/steel frame and despite its light weight of 7.5 kg, it holds a maximum weight of 25 kg. On the go: ideal for on the go and when travelling. With the additionally available adapters and all standard baby car seats, it becomes the optimal travel system. If it drizzles slightly, your pet is well protected by water-repellent outer fabrics. Lightweight: despite the light weight up to 25 kg maximum weight usable buggy in test: the buggy S5 was developed and tested according to the latest standard EN1888: 2012. All fabrics comply with Oeko-Tex Standard 100. Guarantee and tradition: for almost 70 years, Gesslein has stood for high-quality prams and buggies. Before the family company brings products to the market, the items about it are tested by the own children or the children of employees and friends. Cleaning: thanks to the water-repellent outer fabrics, light dirt can be easily wiped off with a damp cloth.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
