L'Oréal Paris Préférence hair colours give your hair shiny colours and make it shine. The new Préférence shine technology combines the proven gel formula with the new, valuable oil drops. It gives your hair shiny colour full of luminosity and natural-looking reflections. Discover the unique trend nuances of Préférence with light-reflecting dyes for a shiny colour rich in reflections. For a long-lasting, intense shine: the colour gloss care balm with UV filter for weekly use - helps maintain the shine of your nuance for up to 8 weeks! The nuance 6.21 was inspired by Zurich, the cultural symbol of Switzerland. This elegant light brown, refined with cool, pearlescent shimmering reflections, is as refined as the finest Swiss jeweller. How to use: Step 1 Coloring: To colour your hair, fill the colouring gel and shine oil into the developer bottle and shake the mixture well. Now apply the product to the roots and massage it. Add the remaining colouring gel to the lengths and tips and distribute them evenly. Note the exposure time and enjoy the time! Re-dye: If you want to regularly dye your hair (every 4-6 weeks) and dye only the root or your remaining hair colour corresponds to a similar colour, leave the colour mix on the root for 20 minutes. Then spread the remaining colour cream on lengths and tips and let it work again according to package regulations. Step 2: After the exposure time, lather the hair with a little lukewarm water and gently work in. Then rinse thoroughly until the water is clear. Step 3 Care - Spread the colour shine care balm into wet hair. It seals the cuticle layer and gives your hair a great shine. Then rinse the balm thoroughly and finally blow dry the hair and enjoy supple shiny hair - done! Apply the colour gloss care balm once a week.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
