Summary

Fit: Our FLIMS lambskin footmuff is compatible with modern prams. It has a dynamic and pre-shaped seat that can be attached to the seat plate of the pram. The belt slots have been designed as longitudinal slots, so that this footmuff can be used universally in various prams with 3- and 5-point belt systems.
Features: FLIMS has a 2-way zip. The upper part can therefore be completely removed. The fur trim and the drawstring in the head area protect your child from draughts. The footmuff is made from 100% medical lambskin (wool height 25 mm). The lambskin inner part is made from whole skins in the upper area and from lambskin patchwork in the lower, invisible part. The water-repellent and breathable outer cover is equipped with reflective strips for safety.
Colours and dimensions: FLIMS is 95 cm long, the seat is 32 cm wide, and the footwell height is 12 cm (length front to fur trim: 68 cm). The footmuff weighs approx. 1400 g. It is available in the colours Sahara-beige, dark grey, dark blue, light blue, black, red, brown and in a mottled blue, brown and grey tone.
Environmental responsibility: Our baby footmuff is handcrafted with love and care. A completely independent supply chain, from the raw materials to the finished product, has always been a guarantee for the well known Werner Christ standard. All our lambskins are exclusively manufactured in our in-house tannery using renewable energy sources, with special attention paid to sustainability.
Care: Our lambskin footmuff is machine washable with a lambskin detergent and tumble dryer safe.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
