Summary

Fast charging: this weighing plate has an internal lithium battery that lasts up to 15 hours and can be recharged via the Type-C USB port. It is also equipped with an automatic shut-off mode after three minutes of inactivity and a physical switch on the side to protect the battery.
Individual auto modes: the digital scale not only has an internal timepiece to monitor the time, but also a flow monitoring that allows you to refine the pouring speed and strength when brewing flavoured coffee. The automatic timing modes are an upgrade that automatically starts when the scale detects a weight change, especially for espresso and pour-over coffee.
Fast and precision: The Black Mirror Nano and Basic Plus have the same precise readings, but are much more responsive, and the Nano has a larger weighing range from 0.1 grams to 2000 grams, in 0.1 gram intervals.
ELEGANT BUT CLEAR DESIGN - The coffee cart plate features a clear and modern design made of high quality acrylic, including a slanted LED indicator that is not visible when the weighing plate is not in use. Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
