Large scented candle Jasmintraum - Country house garden Let yourself be enchanted by the exquisite scent of jasmine blossom, which unfolds its refined bouquet with lush notes of violet and rose. The favourites of the country garden mixed with a trace of exotic plants that add a touch of mysticism. Size approx. 12 cm x 8.5 cm Heart & Home has chosen a raw material that is renewable, ecologically sustainable and environmentally friendly. Made from a unique soy bean formula, this wax is non-toxic and biodegradable. Soy wax allows you to produce candles that burn particularly nicely at much lower temperatures than paraffin wax. Another advantage - no oil soot is released. This means not only cleaner air, but also less soot stains on walls and other surfaces. The fragrance unfolds through the liquid wax pool. The wax pool should be able to expand to the edge of the candle pot before the candle is extinguished. This allows the maximum use of the wax as well as the best possible scent fold. The larger the candle, the bigger the wax pool. Therefore, Heart & Home recommends to choose the right candle for the appropriate size of the room. Our small candles have been deliberately designed for smaller spaces. Trim the wick regularly to 5-10 mm. This extends the burn time and ensures a clean burning of the candle. Burn time: votive candles up to 15 hours, small candle jars up to 30 hours, large candle jars up to 70 hours.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
