The Tula Free-to-Grow ergonomic and fully adjustable baby carrier has variable width and height settings to customise the fit, which allows babies to carry from 8 to 45 pounds without the need for a baby pillow. This innovative and simple design does not require a baby pillow and can be used up to 3.2 kg. Elegant herringbone fabric. A modern and refined aesthetic for a new generation of Tulla. Each baby carrier is woven with two yarn colours that provide a total feel of plain colour. 100% natural fibres. With 52% linen and 48% cotton, this baby carrier brings the properties of linen fibres into our line. Linen keeps the body cool and makes it cosy in the seasons. The linen plant is grown without the use of pesticides and requires less water and energy to produce than synthetic materials.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
