Description

Time for hot snacks with the contact grill RCKG-2200-GY with timer from Royal Catering.

Pamper your guests with hot snacks, crisp vegetables or crispy meat. The contact grill is not only versatile, it can also be used flexibly, be it in the bistro of your hotel, in the canteen, for a party buffet or on the weekly market.

A timer with digital display ensures the right timing when grilling, over which a time can be set between 0 to 15 minutes. With the digital display, the time for recurring dishes can be saved and retrieved again and again via one of the six programs. When the selected grill time is reached, an acoustic signal will remind you.

With 1,800 watts, the powerful heating elements quickly bring the contact grill to the desired temperature, which can be precisely adjusted with a rotary knob between 55 and 300 °C. The grill plates are made of cast iron and have ribbed enamelled surfaces. The grill surfaces distribute the heat evenly from the top and bottom to the food. The enamel coating prevents food from sticking to the plates.

With an area of 22.1 x 22.3 cm, the lower grill plate offers enough space for numerous delicious snacks. The top grill plate can be easily and safely opened and closed again with a handy handle. The non-slip feet allow safe work even under heavy pressure on the snacks. The overheating protection also ensures safe operation of the device.

The stainless steel drip tray catches excess oil or grease when grilling and can be removed for cleaning if required. The stainless steel casing and enamelled grill plates are easy to clean and maintain. Thanks to the compact design, the contact grill can be easily transported and set up to any event or location.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
