Description

Chambord is a true original - the classic French press coffee machine designed in the 1950s. And we still produce it with the same careful craftsmanship that we have already used after the original. This Chambord model is built with the same quality and care but features a shatterproof SAN cup. The SAN mug is not only shatterproof, but also recyclable and offers an even cleaner cup than glass french presses. The only difference in the production process since the 1950s is our commitment to the highest standards of environmentally friendly manufacturing, which is especially important during the chrome plating process. The stainless steel frame and lid go through several chrome processes to create a durable shiny finish that will last for years of intensive use. The black Chambord polypropylene handle has a matt finish that not only provides a comfortable grip when serving, but also contributes to the classic quality of the design. The French Press System has always been the easiest and ultimate way to brew an excellent cup of coffee. Using fresh coarse ground beans with water between 92-96 degrees Celsius will bring out the best in all types of coffee. Best of all, the brewing time is only 4 minutes.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
