Description

The new collection of Niux design is innovative and provides a protective environment from the first hour. The braided baby basket has been woven by hand. Natural willow is materials that are ideal for wicking baskets and therefore very stable. The tone-coloured bedding set consists of an airy chiffon sky, a padded bumper, a 2-piece bed linen set (mascotas as trends for bassinets), a quilted mattress, as well as a quilt (75/75 cm) and a pillow (40/35 cm) in the scope of delivery. The covers are easy to clean, can be easily removed and are washable at 35 °C (tumble dryer symbol 1 point). The quality of the materials used: filling 100% polyester, outer material 100% cotton, plush 100% polyester, breathable and all the materials have been tested and lovingly selected. A matching chassis made from pine wood, carpentry handicraft, eco-painted white. The bassinet can be easily transported on hard floors. A plush blanket with motif completes the scope of your choice. You will enjoy the product and your little baby will find a sweet sleep. The lying surface is approx. L72x/W38cm and is suitable for babies up to 4 months. Seven pattern designs from Mascotas are available to choose from.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
