Description

The roba baby cradle 'Sternenzauber' consists of an equipped cradle in taupe, a cradle set 80 x 80 cm (pillow and blanket) with matching children's duvet, a mattress with lying surface 90 x 40 cm, a canopy with canopy bar and roller set with brake wheels. The cradle is equipped with robust and high-quality flat rods as well as a weighing function with locking button. The swing cradle can be adjusted to a bassinet or cot with the lock. The baby cradle is suitable from birth up to approx. 6 months or until baby can pull up independently. The lovingly designed textiles of the cradle are made from 100% tested cotton and offer an optimal sleeping climate. The bed can be used all year round, durable and easy to clean, as it does not slip during washing due to the quilting. The 2-piece bed linen consists of pillow 40 x 35 cm and duvet 80 x 80 cm. The children's duvet is made from a breathable and temperature-regulating climate fibre.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
